How the lozenges work and how to take them
What is a Honey Adaptogen lozenge?
A Honey Adaptogen lozenge is a sublingual pastille made from raw Altai honey, from a pristine UNESCO biosphere reserve in southern Siberia, Russia, infused with wild-harvested Siberian Leuzea (Rhaponticum carthamoides) and Red Root (Hedysarum neglectum) root. The honey carries the active compounds into the bloodstream through the mucous membrane under the tongue, bypassing stomach acid. Each lozenge is sugar-free, gelatin-free, and contains no fillers or preservatives.
How and when should I take them?
Take up to three lozenges a day (one in the morning, one mid-day, one in the afternoon) dissolved slowly under the tongue rather than chewed or swallowed whole. Slow sublingual release is what makes the format work. Most men run a course of four to six weeks, then pause for one to two weeks before the next course. Do not exceed three lozenges per day.
How fast will I feel a difference?
Adaptogens work by gradually modulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, not by spiking energy the way caffeine does. Most men report steadier morning energy and improved stress tolerance after seven to fourteen days of consistent daily use. Full effects of the four-to-six-week course are usually clearer at the end than at the start.
How should I store the pack?
Keep the pack at room temperature, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not needed and is not recommended: temperature swings cause condensation inside the pack, which can soften the honey matrix. Sealed shelf life is printed on the pack; once opened, finish within ninety days for best texture.

What is inside and who should not take it
What exactly is in one lozenge?
Approximately ninety percent raw Altai honey acting as binder and sublingual carrier, around five percent Leuzea (Rhaponticum carthamoides) root, and around five percent Red Root (Hedysarum neglectum) root, plus food-grade beeswax to hold the lozenge solid and a touch of concentrated cherry juice for taste: five ingredients in all. No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, no flow agents, no gelatin, no synthetic flavour or colour additives. See Quality & Sourcing for the full breakdown.
Is the product halal certified?
The formula is raw honey, plant root extracts and beeswax only, with no alcohol, no pork derivatives, no gelatin. Formal SFDA halal certification is in progress. We would rather tell you exactly where we stand than show a halal badge we have not earned yet, and this page updates the moment the certificate is on file.
Who should not take it?
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18. Avoid if you have uncontrolled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or a known allergy to bee products. If you take prescription medication, especially MAO inhibitors, blood thinners, or thyroid medication, consult your doctor before starting an adaptogen course. This product is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Is it tested for heavy metals and contaminants?
Yes. The lozenges are tested by an independent, accredited laboratory for lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury (against EU Regulation 2023/915 reference limits), microbiology, antibiotic residues in honey, pesticides per TR CU 021/2011, plus HMF and diastase activity as freshness markers.

Where the honey, the plants and the brand come from
Where does the honey come from?
A single 200-hive family apiary in the foothills around Lake Teletskoye, Altai Republic, Russia, 300 km from the nearest major industrial centre. Forage is mixed wildflower from undisturbed Siberian mountain meadows. The apiary has supplied our manufacturer since 2016. We do not blend in honey from other regions to extend supply. Are the adaptogens farmed or wild?
Wild-harvested from the Siberian taiga, not cultivated on plantations. Wild Siberian Leuzea is the strain documented across decades of Russian pharmacology research, the basis for the modern adaptogen literature that cites "Russian leuzea." Cultivated plantation material, common in commercial supplements, has lower ecdysteroid content. We use wild stock.

Delivery, customs, payments and returns
How long does delivery take to UAE and KSA?
Standard timeline is 10 to 21 business days to all six GCC countries (typically 10 to 14, up to 21 in peak season), including customs clearance. Final carrier choice (DHL Express, Aramex or local equivalent) is confirmed at checkout. Detailed delivery windows by emirate and city are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Will I pay customs duties on delivery?
Orders to UAE and KSA ship with full customs paperwork prepared in advance. For typical personal-use quantities (one to three packs) customs duty is rare; larger orders may incur local import VAT at the standard national rate. Any duty assessed by the carrier on delivery is the customer’s responsibility, and we are not able to pre-pay it for every destination yet.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts international Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on devices that have them enabled. Card data is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider and never stored on our servers. Cash on delivery is currently not available in the Gulf, so orders are pre-paid to keep customs clearance fast.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Adaptogens build up gradually: most men notice steadier energy by day 10 to 14, not on day one, and it is not a stimulant you feel kick in. There is no lock-in: it is three lozenges a day for as long as it suits you, and you can stop whenever you like. We do not take change-of-mind returns on a sealed food supplement that ships across an international border. But if a pack arrives damaged or the wrong item ships, send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days and we replace or refund it at our cost. We would rather set honest expectations than promise an overnight effect we cannot stand behind.
What if the pack arrives damaged or I want to return it?
Damaged on arrival, defective, or wrong item shipped? Email [email protected] with a photo within seven days of delivery and we will refund or replace at our cost. We do not accept returns for change of mind: as an ingestible food supplement that ships across an international border, the lozenges cannot be resold once dispatched, opened or not.
